Design rule (from your advice)

A beveled edge strip can only attach to a full tile. The strip clips into the interlock loops on the tile edge; a cut tile has no loops left, so no edging can be fitted to it.

This deck is free-standing — every edge is open, people step off on all sides, so every edge needs the ramp. This layout therefore uses whole uncut tiles only, zero cuts. The tile field is sized down to a whole number of tiles and the small remainder is left as bare deck outside the ramp, rather than filled with cut tiles that could not be edged.

Tile module — 305 mm confirmed

Confirmed by the supplier: module 305 mm square (12″ = 304.8 mm — the same tile, 0.2 mm apart), and all parts the same 14 mm thickness. This layout is drawn to 305 mm.

The part set is therefore tile 305 × 305 mm, beveled edge strip 50 × 305 mm, corner piece 50 × 50 mm — all 14 mm thick, as you have confirmed. Your "5 × 30 cm, 14 mm" edge strip is that same part written in round metric, so one edge strip finishes exactly one perimeter tile and the quantities below are counted that way.

Every tile in this layout is a full tile, so every perimeter tile can accept an edge strip.
The ramp runs around the entire perimeter: outside corners take beveled corner pieces; at the inside corners the strips butt together.
Bare deck remaining outside the ramp is shaded. The largest remainder is along one edge — see the edge schedule for where.

Color required: SAND / BEIGE for tiles, edge strips and corners. 颜色：沙色 / 米色 This shade is also commonly called “almond”. Your spec sheet lists only grey, blue and black (灰、蓝、黑) — please confirm sand is available, as shown in your listing photographs.
Quantities include 5% spare. One edge strip finishes one perimeter tile.

Open questions

Flush joint. You have confirmed tile, edge strip and corner are all 14 mm. Please confirm the strip therefore finishes flush with the tile surface, with no step at the joint — this is a barefoot pool deck.
Male 公边条 / female 母边条 split. The tile presents its male edge on two sides and its female edge on the other two. We need strips on the north and west runs and strips on the south and east runs. Please tell us which of the two strip types goes on which face, so we order the correct quantity of each.
Sand / beige in tile, edge strip and corner piece.
UV and heat. Permanent outdoor Caribbean exposure, surface temperature 45–50 °C. Please confirm UV stabilisation and heat stability.
